This was the first time in this resort.
Positives:
The butler Enmanuel was amazing. He was very helpful. Most of the staff there is helpful and provide great service.
There are three kid waterparks.
The speciality restaurants were amazing. Especially the Spanish (Spain) one.
The Carey bar has the best drinks. Everything else, especially at the pool is not good.
Pools were great. The resort property was well maintained.
Negatives
The beach was not clean. Full of seaweed. We couldn’t even use it one single day.
There’s this loud frequency sound in the buffets that face the pools. It’s terrible. There’s no music ever playing. Didn’t have a lively environment.
The buffet had limited options for kids food. I had to tip everytime to get a plain pizza made for my kids.
It’s a big resort. So be prepared to do a lot of walking.
Our first room was so so dirty. We had it changed and it was better.
There’s no snack bars by the kids waterparks. Just bars. Which requires a long walk back to the buffet.
Overall this is a 3/4 star if I’m being generous.
The staff sets it at the higher rating for me. Our butler helped make the stay better.
