Mi experiencia en este hotel fue sumamente decepcionante. El servicio de los empleados dejó mucho que desear: poco amables y nada atentos. Las habitaciones estaban mal limpiadas y, para colmo, encontramos cucarachas en la nuestra. La comida era de mala calidad, el ambiente tenía un olor desagradable y los meseros nunca estaban pendientes; en tres restaurantes distintos tuvimos que levantarnos varias veces para recibir atención. En general, una estadía muy desagradable. No recomiendo este lugar y definitivamente no volvería.

Stay was great many activities and things to do for kids. The beach is at this resort awesome, calm water, clean, and plenty of chairs, no vendors on this beach, several lifeguards on beachfront. No drink or food service on beach. The room had a lot of humidity from climate outside that caused wet puddles several days on floors, it cleaned up quickly when housekeeping was notified. A lot of space in family room (2 doubles, 1 king) in two separate areas.

The grounds were beautiful and very clean! The room was very spacious with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms! We were premium so check in was quick and the Butler Fredrick was amazing!!

Everything was good accept the food. The food at the buffet wasn’t very good. Italian and Spanish restaurants weren’t good. Japanese restaurant was good. Staff had hard time understanding English.
