The place was so beautifully well kept. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and we were traveling through England. This place was conveniently located near the middle of the city and about a 10 minute walk to the train station, however, it was not noisy. It was like our own little apartment away from home. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re wanting to vacation to York! We will be back!

Ideal location

The room seemed a little tired, and could do with a bit of tlc, the bed was very comfy, the shower had good pressure, The Tv had an issue which was sorted fairly easily, the issue we had was the microwave was absolutely filthy, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned for weeks, the owner was very apologetic but we had to give it a really good clean before we could use it, The issue with the TV Meade moved into a different room which was better. It’s ideally placed to the railway station and a nice walk into the city

The apartment was excellent value for money. A little tired, but clean and in a great spot. We had no interaction with the owner. It was all managed via expedia. The parking at the property was expensive.

Great place and location

Straight forward and easy check in process. codes for lock boxes sent day before check in. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, everything we needed for a couple of nights. The location is excellent for walking in to York either along the road or along the river. We arrived slightly early and the attached carpark was nearly empty. If we had arrived later, it would have been only a short walk from the nearby Margate carpark.Which always had spaces during our stay and would have been nearly the same price.
