Good location but terrible mattress

The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was cold. I picked this hotel over Premier Inn etc as the listing said it had parking, but it was a nearby NCP like all the others. Also, we were originally allocated an interconnecting room but the soundproofing was non existent and we were able to move. Guests in interconnecting rooms should be from the same party, and we certainly hadn't requested such a room. On the plus side the location is good and there is a free breakfast, but we will not be returning.

A clean and comfortable stay

Room was clean and comfortable. Had street view at front of hotel. Not able to open windows but not a major issue. Room had a large shower, and was very clean. Tea & coffee facilities were available and TV with plenty of channels. Overall very basic room but just what we needed.
