Room is a little weathered. It was cleaned well for what is was. Lots of old stains on the carpet around the room. Lobby reflected the same. The shuttle was a very convenient feature when they arrived on time. Getting to the hotel from airport was a little delayed, But leaving the hotel was right on time, they even brought us right to our terminal! The cookies are always a great touch.

Perfect when traveling to NJ and want to have fun in NY. Room was nice cozy clean, it Could use more lighting but I enjoyed. Staff very friendly at front desk. Loved they had airport shuttle he was the best friendly gentleman. I give this hotel a 10 due to convenience, and service

Pick up is from Newark airport not JFK . I was very disappointed when I realized that the instructions given were for pickup at NewarkAirport despite sending them my flight information luckily (my grandson and i arrived at 16.00 hrs daytime so I had time to organize my travel .The best part of staying at this hotel is the location .It is opposite Newark Penn Station not New York Penn station Travel Links are fantastic and you can easily get to NewYork Penn station using underground or train. Where ever you go in NewYork you can always find your way back because of the iconic landmark . There are plenty of shops nearly by I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again

Airport shuttle was 1hr late. All their emails and phone line information was apparently incorrect about the shuttle service as well, which lead to the issue. We had to complain to get any apology from them. Our room wasn’t ready at the 4pm check-in either. 4pm is incredibly late and they had nothing available when we arrived. Crazy. This whole place is understaffed and mismanaged.

Front desk staff was very professional and personable during check in and check out. Housekeeping staff we're also very kind when i saw them in the hallways. The location is extremely convenient if you are travelling by train as i was.
