While our suite was very clean and spacious and our requested crib was waiting in the room for us, we found the free breakfast awful and lacking and very, very poorly organized. Food selection was not great. No fruit at all other than Granny Smith apples by the reception desk. Yogurt came out of a dispenser and was pretty bad. Breakfast hours are supposed to be 7-10a, but when we came down at 9:15 one morning there was nothing left and staff said they weren’t bringing more food out, so we had to go out for breakfast. The cutlery is hidden by the waffle station, which is always packed so if you’re not getting waffles, it’s hard to get to the silverware. And trash cans are in the back corner rather than anywhere near the exit area so lots of people tend to leave their dishes and trash on the tables. It just seems like if the space was better organized, it would be easier for everyone to find what they need. One plus was they had high chairs, which we found lacking in many restaurants in the uptown area.

Hotel is nice but a bit small. No fridge or microwave. Staff wasn’t very dependable I called 3x about my television not working and still didn’t get the problem solved. Good price though!

This hotel is a good place to stay for convenience of being downtown but not the greatest. The amenities including the bar, games, and cheap valet was good.
