I didn’t like the front desk lady (Night)I tried to explain to her that my flight was delayed and my room was already booked and paid for and she told me that I had to wait until 2:00 pm that afternoon for me to check in. I was in charlotte at 12:00 am the same day for the stay. Just a big inconvenience for me. Hotel was nice and the attendant that checked me in when I did arrive was nice and helpful.

The bathroom door would not close, the toilet kept running. The bathroom could have been updated. Nothing but a tiny trash can for trash. A pretzel was left in the refrigerator from the previous person. The breakfast was horrible! Even the juice

My stay at Hampton Inn, uptown Charlotte

The Hampton Inn was very clean, the cost of parking wasn't a small fortune The cost of the room wasn't as high as the rest of the hotels around that area but was just as nice! Ver convenient to where I wanted to go. I will definitely stay again in the near future.
