Other than the high incidental fee the room was clean and neat! Staff were super helpful with all my questions. Checking in and out was a breeze and the breakfast was nice. Enjoyed my stay there with my boyfriend for my 22nd birthday.

The staff was expolite and professional. I was sure this howas listed ad having an airport shuttle bus. Also the business area had no computet and the printet didn't work.The stagf was resourceful and helped me get a cab when checking out. I would stay there again but plan to get a cab to and from the hotel

The room was clean. Breakfast was crowded, so there were lines and food ran out, but it was decent. Didn't like the parking, as we had to switch elevators and the front desk didn't help with that. Convenient to Panthers stadium.
