We had a good experience. We booked a syite with pull sofa and they actually put us in a basic room. When I spoke to the front deak they were kind and moved us. But I would encourage anyone booking with expedia to watch out for that. The room was clean and breakfast area was clean.

Nice spacious room, pretty good breakfast buffet, and friendly front desk staff. Coffee and tea to go 24/7, which I appreciated. It's also very close to restaurants, Ripley's Believe it or Not, and the Movie Tavern.
