I need a book to write about this place but in short form it is top of the line! I promise you getting all your money worth. I got married at the beach so we stayed here and when they heard about that it was royalty treatment the entire Time. We definitely coming back.

Great location for frequent trips to Busch Gardens and Water Country, and the onsite amenities are fantastic and enough to keep you at the resort if that’s your preference. I loved having multiple rooms, bathrooms, and a full kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home and made it an easy trip with kids.

The first night was good. I even gave them a 10 rating when they text and asked how we were liking our stay. Then the next 2 nights were horrible! People occupied room above us and sounded like heard of cattle until past 11pm both nights. Complained about it and they just offered to switch my room instead of sending someone to the room above and asking them to have some respect for people below them!

Extremely dusty bedrooms, around and behind the bed head, these areas looked like they were never ever cleaned or dusted. Food and candy wrapping around the bed frame and head as well. Don’t assume that it’s clean, it was not. We normally wipe down surfaces and bed heads during our stay because of allergies but this was the worse ever. Not ever going back.
