I loved the one bedroom with the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The front desk check gentleman was so kind. Only thing I didn't care for was being solicited to come to a meeting for a timeshare.

We stayed in a villa unit. It was adequate and nice. There were some type of little flies about the unit. The bathroom was quite a tight space and allowed a considerable amount of water out onto the floor, which was annoying.

Rooms were small and not very clean. Poor arrangement of furniture, not comfortable. Poor kitchen organization. Room was within 3 feet from kids slides and play area. Did. not feel safe with a chain lock on door.

For the price I suppose it was ok but its definitely an outdated property. It felt musty and uncomfortable. Found one of those flattened penny souvenirs on the floor in our room which makes me question the level of cleanliness in the rooms. The bathtub floor was dark gray which looked like it was from a previously existing anti slip material. Made it look nasty honestly. Definitely needs an overhaul. However, the staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive!

When booking through Expedia all that I saw was "pets allowed". I was turned away at the front desk when I told them I had my pet cat with me. Infuriating. Confirmation email through Expedia did not mention it was dogs only. Still looking for my full refund from Expedia.

Great location.

Overall it was a nice stay my biggest problem was i was charged for bringing my ESA's and even with my medical documentation there really was no exception given for the ESA's. I was told an ESA is still a dog and no wavier of cost would be granted. It was too late for me to cancel and move to a hotel who would make that accomodation. Had that been losted anywhere on the hotel profile i would not have bothered to stay. That aside the rooms were decent staff were incredibly friendly and always spoke and greeted me with a hello and a smile. The hotel is central to everything colonial williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and the ripley For anyone without ESA's this is a great stay but for those who have them you may want to look elsewhere.
