While affordable, this hotel was not the best. Elevators were slow, so we often used the stairwell, which was quite dirty with clumps of dirt throughout. Would be easy enough to just get someone out there with a broom to clean it up. Breakfast was very disappointing - powdered eggs, no fruit to be seen, and lackluster sausage. Our room wasn't in the best shape either - with the ceiling by the shower looking like it was getting soggy.

We recently stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Williamsburg East for a weekend trip with our two dogs. Overall, we felt it offered good value for the price. While the room could have been cleaner—we noticed several stains on the couch and bath towels—it was perfectly adequate for a quick 24-hour stay with our pets. All things considered, I would rate our stay a 6.5 to 7 out of 10. If you’re looking for an affordable option that welcomes pets and don’t require all the bells and whistles of a higher-end hotel, this property should meet your needs.

Convenient to Bush Gardens and good breakfast but that's it. It was clean but not spotless. I didn't like that the hotel is on the side of the road, I felt very out there... lobby is small, again, not the nicest. No flexibility at all with room while hotel looked empty. If you want to feel a bit nice and special while away from home, keep looking. I stayed at better hotels in Williamsburg for just a little bit more money. If you just want to crash, wake up and eat, this is good.

I wish we had known about the train that runs behind the hotel. The shower curtain and rod was all warped and caused a spill. TV remote had acid covered batteries in it. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.

The stay was adequate. Room smelled faintly of smoke(?). Definitely nothing special, most of the fixtures were dated or needed upgrading. Little dings/dents here and there. Staff was very pleasant. We only stayed one night, so it wasn’t a big deal and I don’t think I’d stay here for a longer stay.

We stayed during the off season and the price was great. We had 2 rooms and both were great. Clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and gave some great dining suggestions. Breakfast was the typical waffles, eggs, sausage and continental items. Thank you Walter and team for a great stay!
