The room is spacious, it's a bedroom with a full kitchen, living room, terrace, fireplace, washer & dryer and bathroom. It's very comfortable. It's a bit dated. The outside resort is very beautiful and clean. The concierge could be friendly.

Checking in was very slow. We had four children with us and it took forever. It also would be helpful for there to be an activities calendar or binder showing things that are available to do. Otherwise, our stay was worth it.

The only issue I had was the kitchen sink faucet didn't work. only the sprayer. I got a nice spray, close to my face when I turned the water on to wash my hands. The water came out of the sprayer (stuck in the on position) so when you turn the water on it starts to spray. I thought I was being "punked" lol

Very friendly staff, and great value. Everything was clean but the master bathroom shower could use some updating. We didn’t use it because the caulk looked so yucky, I don’t know if it had mold or mildew growing out of it? And the toilets were a bit in the fritz too. The master wouldn’t flush unless you held the handle down for a while, and the 2nd toilet was constantly running. My husband had to go in the back and fix it manually each time.

Hello, my stay was awesome as always. The check in process was alright. The young lady at the front seemed to be a little irritated because my husband asked if they had anything close to the pool. It doesn't hurt to ask right? Other than that everyone else was really friendly AND everything in the unit was brand new and clean!

This was absolutely the best place we have ever stayed, after last time trying to stay in a hotel out this way, we were very nervous because the last place had police everywhere and didnt have our room ready at 11pm even though we paid for it and they kept trying to get us to take a single bed when we had 4 adults so I was so impressed when we walked in the door, the staff at gate, front door and desk were very nice and helpful...i was gonna say the room we stayed was beautiful, but it was more like an apartment, I was so excited I danced around when we went inside, i wasn't expecting everything that was in the place, a full kitchen with every accessory you could possibly need, the beds were comfy, everything was clean, the bathrooms have all the items you'd need so didnt have to worry if you forgot anything....this was by far the most absolutely beautiful place I have ever stayed!!! The lady that checked us in was amazing and explained everything we needed to go and even explained how to get where we were going and where over flow parking was....i will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone, ive already been bragging to everyone about how wonderful it was, i cant thank yall enough for our wonderful stay!!!
