Beautiful property. The staff was very kind and helpful. There was an issue with our reservation and it was taken care of quickly. We also did have trouble with getting into our room because the key card would not work. They got security there to fix the problem quickly. He was very thorough with showing us the new keys and how to use the extra safeties put in place on the doors. We felt very safe. The rooms were very clean and just what we wanted. We were here in the winter but property would be great for walking, biking or swimming. Would definitely recommend.

They moved people in below us that kept parking in our space and then locked themselves out, expecting us to let them in building. We told them not, to go to the office and get key. Then they kept ringing our doorbell and banging on our door. When I complained, the office said they would move us, not the people downstairs who had caused the trouble. We moved and got an upgrade buy nothing was done to the troublemakers who caused all the problems and illegally parked, even though it said yiou would be towed away, if you parked illegally.

This was a great hotel for our family of 6. Multiple bedrooms that were separate and had their own bathrooms was a huge plus for us. It was a convenient location for shopping, food, and Busch Gardens. We loved the history of the Manor House as well. They had beautiful pools and plenty for the kids to do. We will return and stay again.
