Room was a nice size but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Found cereal beside the bed, trash under the coach, and fungus growing in the shower.
Breakfast was supple and diverse but you need to do a better job regulating the dress code. You advertise that "shoes and shirts must be worn". Shoes are defined as "an outer covering for the human foot typically having a thick or stiff sole with an attached heel and an upper part of lighter material (such as leather)" This means, no crocs, no sandals, no flip flops, no clogs, and for the love of God, not bare feet. Enact this or you will never see me again. This is disgusting display.
The hot tub needs to be fixed. The jets only work on one side and the paint inside the tub is peeling away.
The staff was very friendly but you need to do a better job making them visible to the public. When I arrived Friday night, no one was at the front desk and I was stuck waiting till the laudromat lady was aware I had showed up. Upon leaving, the hostess was hiding behind the desk serfing the computer on her phone. This person should be like the front desk security person. Give them a chair that makes them visible the minute you walk in and can see the full range of view of what is going on around the front desk area.
