all the pool areas were completely taken over by kids of all ages - Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were not accessible to the older crowd. Suggest the hotel makes and enforces some rules to allow all guests to be able to enjoy the amenities - adult only hours that are actually enforced would be fantastic.

Have visited this hotel on and off for the last 18 years from the uk and at first , was very high level but sadly over the years the experience has deteriorated. Staff were friendly but sadly didn’t really seem to have the American dream of customer care that we fell in love with years ago

The hotel is in great shape....as if recently updated. Room were comfortable and clean. Indoor and outdoor pools were amazing. Front desk staff were attentive to our needs. Loved the indoor movies, DVDs for use in room, complimentary coffee in the morning with hot cocoa and cookies at night! We will be back!!!!
