Parking area is just outside your door, it is plenty safe. Ive only stayed on the first floor but the upper balcony looks very homey and comfortable.

Great location near beginning of Kancamagus Highway. Safe, clean rooms. Friendly staff. A bit old but room was fairly well updated. Could not figure out how to use heat but luckily did not need it. Shower faucet was very wonky and loose. Too much road noise, especially from the big 18-wheelers going by.

Really a pretty little inn

This is an Autumn trip. No ski slopes. It's a very nice, pretty Inn. There is an attractive patio with flowers, white chairs and tables and rockers. So comfortable. Some things are rather old, like the plumbing could use a little help. Suddenly, the water goes cold in the shower. There is one grab bar in the bath but it's outside the curtain. The tub is very slippery. There is an ottoman for using the computer table that sits too low. Two sitting room chairs and a small table would fit nicely and a higher chair for the computer table.

Great location in order to do some fabulous leaf peeping! The owners were very friendly and gave us info for local restaurants and places to visit. Our room could use some minor touch ups… bathroom caulking and painting but overall it was very comfy!

We visited for a night and I wasn't expecting a lot, But we had a good night, its in a very good conditions, the room clean, I recommend take your earplugs if you can not sleep with some cars sounds. besides that very good experience.
