The room was relatively clean but, the floor carpet made it look dirty, Also, there was no window in the room. And the upper part of the door was made of glass. Which made it inconvenient to use a curtain for privacy.

Very Short walk to downtown and 2 nice restaurants next door. make a reservation, even for 2. It was the start of off season, And if you didn’t make a reservation then it was at least 8:30 till you could be seated and they close at 9 or 10pm but the smaller places such was pubs are no wait. This was a fabulous location, quiet and safe. Their restaurant was closed du to it being the off season

We always like returning to the Kearsarge Inn. The location is excellent, right in the heart of North Conway. The rooms are lovely, roomy and very clean. We did have a little issue with the heat/ac this time, but nothing major. We will return again.
