Great overall experience. The only negative was the unruly children running through the halls and being obnoxious. I don't blame the facility or staff for this, but it would have been nice to see them talking to parents and redirecting the atrocious behaviors.

No towels (ever), run down, old, no service except front desk, exercise equipment run down with no cleaning supplies and hot. The pool was great for our 7 year-old, thank goodness for the slide. However, the management needs to be fired…the pool guy looked like a thug (why didn’t he have a uniform…just looked like some creepy dude pouring chemicals in the pool and brought 8 pool towels (when there were 9 people at the pool. I think people just came in and used the pool but didn’t stay. Also, we had police in the foyer arresting people on both days we stayed!

It needs a remodel. There are large cracks in the ceiling, damaged doors, and old stained furniture. The room was clean but how old everything is made it appear not clean. The strong smell of chlorine was bad and I’m not even close to the pool!

There were blood stains on the pull out mattress and no mattress liner. I saw this when putting sheets on for my child since they just give you sheets to put on yourself. When I asked for a mattress liner they said they weren’t sure if they had a mattress liner and would deliver one to my room if they did. When I asked to cancel my reservation because of this, they said that I could not since I could only cancel in advance. When I asked if I could cancel due to unsanitary conditions after seeing the room they said I would lose our money since we booked through Expedia. The main check in staff was also very rude about everything. They gave us a room that was slightly cleaner with no blood stains, however pretty shotty conditions. I will not stay here again.

Great!!

Hallway was super humid however inside the room was super nice and cool. Hot tub would have been nice but such is life.

It’s a Best Western

Room was fine, pretty standard. The biggest issue was laundry. I received a towel with brown stains on it. Thankfully it was a floor towel and I noticed before I used it. I don’t know how that gets through but I don’t even want to think about what it was.
