Very nice hotel, good location. Staff members were very helpful and polite. I just don't like that Hotels charge for parking. To me, providing parking on the property at a hotel should be standard and be avail. at no cost.

The property is ok as compared with other Hyatt we’ve been to. The pool is supposed to be “heated “ but not really and it was still cold as ice. The jacuzzi that we looked forward to using doesn’t even make bubbles enough to massage our sore bodies. Overall staff service is OK. Nothing really special for a Hyatt. One night is good. Maybe someday we’ll be back but chances are very slim.

I’d give it a solid 8/10. I’m disabled so we got a disabled room. The double doors that go tot he Bathroom are beautiful French doors. I just wish they didn’t open from the inside. It leaves no room to maneuver. That being said. Would stay again. The room was so beautiful and the lobby was amazing. My service animal loves all the grass they had. And the kids said they enjoyed the spa/hot tub.

Great stay and hotel. Only minus is the noise from the freeway. We could here the cars and motorcycle sounds over our T.V. and when we we’re sleeping at night. If you stay here, definitely grab a room on the pool side of the hotel. BTW they charge extra for the pool side rooms, not cool considering the only other room options have noise pollution.
