I will not ever stay here again. The shower is a joke, disgusting substance on the wall that I didn’t dare figure out what it was or get close to, and the carpet is filthy. On the flip side, the bed was very comfortable, and the furniture in the room was good and functional.

Started out rocky, some lights would not work, tv froze I and would not work. They gave me another room. It was much better, but the shower leaked more water out of the faucet than through the shower head. Big waste of precious California water.

The room was filthy and smelled like urine. This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed. The front staff were very nice but when I complained to management about the horrible smell he apologized but didn't offer a discount

They checked me into a room that hadn’t had housekeeping service. The second room’s electrical outlet weren’t working in the bathroom area and the shower didn’t drain properly. There was a refrigerator in the room that was powered on, but didn’t cool. Additionally, there were a few different women hanging outside their rooms smoking and wearing tight short dress that look a little sus. Too many red flags to stay here again…

We found bed bugs the first night we were at this hotel. Was a terrible experience we couldn’t sleep and we had to ensure our clothes and stuff didn’t have bed bugs on them. We had to pack up and leave to another hotel the very next day. At least the staff were nice enough to apologize and we got full refund from the hotel but it was still a bad experience. Also, there are no amenities nearby, no dining places etc

The Ramada was OK to stay at for us because we went only to sleep and have breakfast. The facility was very dated. The biggest complaint would be that there were ants in the washroom and on the vanity just outside the washroom and the carpets need to be replaced preferably with laminate or Vinyl flooring. Breakfast was adequate and the staff were receptive to our needs.

My pillows smelled as if they had not been washed in weeks. Maybe it was the slow season and they gave me the first available room, but I felt as if the room had not been serviced in the while. Also the toilet was too big for the inward-swinging door. 45 min walk back from Levi’s stadium, no fast way to get home. Property was nice,’pool was nice.

Room had spiders, spider webs throughout the ceiling/room and ants all over (even more so in the bathroom). Even found a spider hiding in the coffee table. Went to the front desk multiple times and every day to have it cleaned and nobody came to clean it out of the four days asked. On the 2nd day, I started getting a rash on my arm (sheets probably weren’t cleaned either) so again I went to the front desk to show the rash and asked for a manager since I shouldn’t have to ask them to clean the room in the first place despite showing pictures on the first day of the spider webs/ants, and their manager was always out but was supposed to get back to me, never did to date. They said they were going to leave a note to the manager to contact me later that day and possibly comp 1 night, this was day 2 of my stay, it’s been 5 days since then and still haven’t gotten a callback. I’ve even called after checking out and the manager is never there or available but they “promise” the manager will call back. We chose this location since it was close to the 101 but greatly regret it.
