If you’re looking for a cozy slice of Southern charm in Williamsburg, look no further than Aldrich Bed and Breakfast. From the moment we walked in, we were wrapped in warmth—not just from the inviting décor, but from the sweet couple who run this delightful inn. They treated us like family and whipped up a breakfast so good it could start a peace treaty. We’re talking fluffy biscuits, rich coffee, and eggs that tasted like they were laid by hens with culinary degrees. Every corner of the house tells a story, and every conversation with our hosts made us feel more at home. It’s the kind of place where time slows down just enough for you to savor the moment—and maybe one more slice of homemade pie. If Southern hospitality had a headquarters, it would be here. We’ll definitely be back—and bringing our appetites with us!

The couple who own the Aldrich House are delightful hosts. Their cooking is phenomenal and they were very accommodating. They gave us great recommendations for where to go out to eat and what to see in our short time in Williamsburg. Their house is very walkable to Colonial Williamsburg.

Loved this. Was looking for something nice and convenient to Williamsburg. Mainly booked Aldrich house for the location (and good reviews)... ended up loving the b & b, breakfast was delicious and unique every day. Hosts were knowledgeable and friendly. Eight minute walk (at most) to historic Williamsburg. Lovely, quiet place. Will recommend this highly to anyone visiting the area.

A Great Time at The Aldrich House

Tom and Susan are a wonderful couple and fantastic hosts. The Aldrich House is beautiful and warm. They are extremely attentive to details, engaging and very knowledgeable of the towns history including personal life events of many of our nation's founding fathers. In addition, Tom makes delicious breakfasts!. We wish them the best and look forward to staying with them in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aldrich House Bed & Breakfast. The room was as advertised. Clean, well maintained and beautiful. The B&B was a short walk from Colonial Williamsburg. The breakfasts were great and cooked to perfection. Tom and Sue are very friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. We would highly recommend the Aldrich House Bed & Breakfast to anyone visiting Colonial Williamsburg.

Tom and Sue were wonderful and gracious hosts. Tom was willing to share his love of history to recommend places to visit. Our bedroom was very large with a comfortable king-size bed. The Aldrich House was perfect for visiting Colonial Williamsburg. It is a block from the back parking lot for Christina Cambell's Tavern. So, we parked at the house and walked into town each day. The house looks like one of the colonial houses in Williamsburg. It was decorated inside in the same colonial style. The room was cozy, clean, and decorated the same way. A wonderful breakfast was served family-style in the dining room. We were very impressed and could not ask for a better place to stay while visiting Colonial Williamsburg.
