We stayed at this hotel while visiting Canyon Coaster Park, which you could see from our 3rd floor bedroom window. The room was clean, nice, the staff were attentive and kind. Overall, we had a good weekend and we'd stay here again as well as recommend it to others. No regrets.

One of the staff members was a bit rude. After departing there was an additional $115 held on card, it then changed to $75, and I was subsequently charged the $75. I have contacted Hampton Inn twice by email to the listed GM, for an explanation of this charge and can get no reply. We took nothing, we had a seizure service dog with us that did no damage, we were only there overnight, there is no logical reason for this charge.

Our stay was great. Everyone was helpful, the pool is awesome, and the bathrooms are really nice. Only complaints were a very, very firm bed and someone’s sock left in the room. Even with the firm bed we still slept great though. Waffles were delicious.
