Downtown Flagstaff Bungalow - 5 minute walk to downtown

This historic remodeled home is located within walking distance to dozens of restaurants and bars as well as retail shopping. There are two bedrooms,(queen sofa sleeper in living room) one bathroom, a laundry room, and a full kitchen. The counters are granite with solid maple cabinets. The front yard is fenced with a cute custom fence that resembles a flowing river, with a table and chairs for taking in the essence of the town. The backyard has a six foot cedar fence that creates a lot of privacy for the landscaped yard. A large hot tub sits in the corner and there is a large paver area in the back and a small patch of grass. The house was built in 1915 as part of the original town site.

The location was perfect - walking distance to restaurants and shopping downtown and in the other direction, we found a great hiking trail for us and the dog. Sat outside and watched a storm one night and stars the next. And best of all, the owner was very helpful with every question and need we had.
