We were very disappointed with our stay at La Quinta. In their website, it listed that they had a full kitchen. Full kitchen usually means stove or oven and it had neither. My wife and I both reached out to the hotel staff as soon as we checked in and they said we would have to talk to management in the morning. We purchased groceries that had to be returned due to the lack of full kitchen. The trash cans were very small. The kitchen sink would not get hot so we had to wash items in the bathroom. The utensils had one spoon. We booked the room with another due to my wife and I having a newborn. My son and mother in law were supposed to be in a room next door but they were about 10 rooms away down the hall which upset my son. Originally they were on a different floor. When my wife and I spoke to the manager the next morning (Jessica) she continuously cut us off about what the problem was and said it was our own fault for checking in late (6pm) and a full kitchen not including a oven and stove. She was loud which others noticed in the breakfast area. She seemed completely unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to help us with the problems we had in the room. We actually called La Quinta to put in a formal complaint which I have never thought of doing before. The next morning we woke up and there was dog poop in the hall just outside our door. We were very disappointed with our stay. The rooms had potential to be nice. Neighborhood is noisy due to highway.

There was an issue with the room reservation due to Expedia, not the hotel. However, when I needed help resolving the issue the hotel staff wasn’t very eager to help me. They were annoyed by the situation and frustrated which left me feeling uncertain whether or not if I’d have a room for my family. In the end the hotel staff did get my family a room that was perfect.

Customer Service

Due to Highway closure we could not be there for the first night. I called the hotel that i wanted the room, so i could check in the next day when we got there. the room was already paid for the two nights and i had no problem that i could not be there because of the weather and highway closure. when we arrived the Manager made me pay extra for wanting to check in early. I did not approve of the way she treaded us, especially since I had contacted the Hotel directly and told them of the situation and that the room was paid for in advance. I think that this needs to be adressed and better Customerservice has to happen

My trip was ok. My Television did not work at all. Told the front desk and they said to unplug it and plug back in. It did not work. The bathroom sliding door for the shower kept getting stuck when opening and closing. The staff was friedly breakfast was ok.

Loved my stay at this location. The hotel amenities were great and my overall stay was wonderful. Only thing I would like to point out was the cleanliness of my room. There were a few crumbs and dirt on the room floor but other than that it was a pleasant stay. I was also not expecting an early check-in fee of $25 when I was only 10 minutes early of the 3pm check-in time. Overall, very nice stay.

Well, got here 4 minutes to 3pm. They told us to wait or be charged a early check in fee of 25.00. Not only us but a couple before us. For only 4 minutes, the manager had no compassion for customers
