We got in earlier than expected and got to check in early which worked out perfect. The kids enjoyed the park, pool and trail. Staff was friendly any time we passed in the hall. Room wasn’t perfect there was a few spatters of what I think was food on the wall and lamp shades and pen drawn all over the chair nothing too crazy.

Okay stay

We arrived a little later than planned but the welcome was good and quick. We went through to the restaurant and considered it was pretty much empty we were told there was a 20 minute wait. This pushed ordering later and the food when it did arrive was cold or undercooked. The bar also closed at 9pm which seemed awful early. The hotel is otherwise excellent. We would return but we would also eat out.

Loved loved loved everything about this property. So much like a resort, we couldn’t believe it! One thing that I would love you to consider and that is to Marc the trails more clearly for those of us who are over 65 and a bit anxious being out on a trail that’s not marked well.

Flagstaff Favorite!

We always enjoy staying at Little America properties, and the one in Flagstaff is one of our favorites. The rooms are specious and luxurious, with ridiculously comfortable beds. The grounds are always well-manicured and elegantly decorated. The pool is an amazing with multiple pine trees planted close by to provide welcome shade and pleasant scenery. The playground is a hit with kids and the hiking trail provides a relaxing and inspiring opportunity to enjoy the area’s abundant natural beauty.

Love the property and have stayed here several times. Rooms are clean and staff is always friendly and professional. Unfortunately though, we did have a few issues this stay with the maid service not cleaning our room’s bathroom sinks and mirrors, and not removing the dirty towels and replacing with clean towels. Was very surprised by this as we have not had this experience previously. Otherwise, it’s a very nice place to stay.
