The room was amazing, but the service is terrible. We had no bedding. Called the front desk 4 times and was hung up on each time and then the 5th time they said they would send some up and never did.

I was thoroughly impressed by this casino/hotel. I was nervous with it being 20 minutes outside of Flagstaff, but the hotel has everything you might need! The staff was friendly. Not just the hotel staff but also the restaurant staff and Casino staff. The hotel and the room felt clean. The room was nice and spacious. Thanks Cleo, for a nice & clean room! The breakfast restaurant food was delicious! It didn’t hurt that my mom & I both played on $20 only and we both came out $40+ each. I highly recommend staying here!!

Hotel is beautiful and the room was perfect. However the sports bar and New Year’s Day was terribly disappointing. It took well over an hour food to be served once ordered. Would have expected management to at least to come and apologize for the delay and an explanation. Offer a free drink or at least discount the meal. The problem is want just poorly handled but not handled and all. The manager should be reprimanded by the corporation as he failed.

Room was amazing! Check in was super easy and quick as well as check out. The shower was the best part lol our youngest soon said that was the best shower he's ever had lol. After a long day of traveling a nice hot shower with great water pressure was a win for everyone.
