I wasn’t aware this property was set up like a motel, with rooms accessed from the outside. Because of that, it was very noisy. The floor was ice cold—possibly concrete—and the hallway outside the door is concrete, which made me think it likely was concrete with carpet laid over it.
Housekeeping needs improvement. There was used, open soap left in the bathroom, and I found several hairs in the pillowcases.
Check-in was quick and easy, and both the woman and gentleman at the front desk were very friendly. Breakfast was decent with plenty of seating. However, the breakfast attendant began stacking chairs about 20 minutes before breakfast ended, right next to guests who were still eating, which I found rude.
The microwave in the room was very dated, and I had to look up instructions on YouTube just to figure out how to use it. The parking lot also needed to be salted badly, as it was slippery and unsafe.
In the morning, housekeeping was extremely loud and banged on my door aggressively—like the police—which was very unsettling.
Overall, I would not stay here again.
