Check-in was dry lady wasn’t welcoming , Attitude of the staff was terrible, housekeeping didn’t properly clean bathrooms leaving unclean towels in the bathroom, housekeeping speaking loudly in the morning. Most staff at all bars are between 18-24 years old. Always on their phones all day, liquor was cheap quality. Overall this place needs a lot of training.As for room service, I had to call 3 times after requesting new towel at the lobby for someone to show up. Breeze is the main restaurant a buffet food barely warm not what we expected from a high quality hotel pigeons flying across table Curaçao is beautiful but this hotel was low quality. Rooms on the same floor as seen on the picture was stacked with debris.

Terrible 1. Room - I was set up in a room that has peeling off paint on the wall. The smell of the toilet drainage fuming bad odor. 2. Room service - I never asked to clean my room during my stay and when asked for one bath towel I was told there is no towel because the laundry service hasn’t arrived yet. Called the front office and no one came to provide me a towel. Cleanliness and no sanitation - Pool is dirty.. there three pools the main pool is dirty no one is sweeping the surrounding area, water drainage is full of hair, water is cloudy, lack of chlorine. The 2nd and 3rd pools are full of sand never seen someone cleaning the area need vacuuming. You would think “Manage by Hilton” ONE STAR!!! I have been in different resorts all over the world and so far this is the worse…

We absolutely loved our stay here! The workers were all extremely kind to us and we loved getting to know some of them! Room was very clean and nice, and resort is pretty small so really you can’t get a room in a bad area! The food in the buffet was good, and we loved all the restaurants! It was easy to get reservations as long as you booked the day ahead of time, and we ate at restaurants on the resort all but two days. Drinks could be a little slow at times when they got busy, but it was understandable and never unreasonable, and all of our drinks were delicious! Beach and pool are pretty! Loved how close this was to town, and we were able to walk over easily. We also loved the entertainment at night! They have something every night, and it is always super fun! We also loved the waterpark (even as adults) and enjoyed doing a few of the slides.

This property met every one of my families needs. Our rooms were clean and the AC worked at all times. The water park was great for my three kids ages 12 ,9 and 3. We loved our beach, the water was calm and warm and we found several sea shells. The A la carte restaurants had great food and were very easy to get reservations. The food at the buffets were incredible. So much variety and everything tasted great and there was always food available. We went to the Dominican a few years ago and we did not enjoy the food at the buffet. The staff was very friendly and always willing to assist us if need be. My family is already planning our next trip to Curacao at this resort.

The food was really good, the only thing is that the dining room has a time line and after that time, we couldnt enter anymore even though there was still food available. It shall be good of the hotel could extend the hours. What I did’nt like is that I had to wait 1 full hour so they could give me my room, and when I told the staff member at the lobby, that the check in is at 4oclock, the answer that I got is that it wasnt her foult and that I had to wait until the room was ready. I didnt even got a compensation for the waiting time. But it was a nice stay, the pool is nice and also the beach.

Good: The room is nice and clean. The air conditioning works really well considering how hot Curacao was. The food was good. The town is safe and walkable. We were going to pay for a walking tour but one of the employees gave us directions and they were accurate. We were able to see the main sights ( Queen Emma Bridge, Curacao letters, art) for free. The drinks(no frozen)were strong and good. Lots of juice near lobby. Ehh: The beach rocky at the beginning so you will need water shoes to get further into the water on some ends of the beach. You can only reserve restaurants the day of/ day before. Upon arrival, we were told we could reserve at the front desk between 10am and 4pm. We go to the front desk on day 2 at 11:30am/ 12pm and were told they were fully booked for that night for 4 restaurants( only had the sushi restaurant available). That was disappointing. We were able to use the app and book the other restaurants for the rest of the week. When we arrived at the Sushi restaurant, there was no hostess so we were confused at where to enter. We finally saw the hostess desk and stood there for a bit. After getting our room number, the hostess handed us two menus and said to go to a 2 person table. I'm used to having someone show you to a seat. At the buffet you just walk in and seat yourself. If it's a busy night or morning, it can be difficult looking for a table with a plate of food in your hands. The partial ocen view room is PARTIAL, like a slither of ocean.

There are issues that can be overlooked and then there are things that make a lasting impression based on your expectations. This hotel structure does not favour guests that are visiting for rest and relaxation. All inclusive experiences tend to have customary nightly activities but when those disrupt your rest that’s definitely a huge draw back. Concerns are ignored and there’s actually no way to get on contact with the front desk. The night before I fly out and I’m subjected to the frustration of not knowing when the blaring music will shut off and the added annoyance of not being able to make contact with anyone. There’s an app for everything except direct contact. In-room Phone has no directory so virtually useless and all the QR codes around the room lead to the same app with limited info. Most horrible night. I tried to move past the rusty bathroom fixtures and crumbs under the desk from the last guest (or so I assume) that I’ve been looking at everyday despite the room being “cleaned” but this was definitely the last straw. Start to end this experience left much to be desired. Check in was a complete nightmare and when I got to the room 3 hours after check in time it was still being cleaned. This could never be Hilton standards. Most disappointing for an all inclusive experience. if all you want is 24/7 party this is the place for u. The rooms are way too close to the activity zones.

el hotel es increible la atencion del personal muy cordial y atentos antes cualquier ayuda que necesitara solamente en el restaurant a la carta que visite el de marisco hay una escasa ybpobre variedad de opciones es pesimo los demas rsstaurant no los visite por el tiempo y la poca disponibilidad de reservacion el buffet formidable una gran variedad de comida excelente

I highly recommend this property. The staff was friendly, the beds were super comfortable, the food options were extensive, and the slides were tons of fun. If you are looking for a long, walkable beach, then this isn't the place for you. That said, we are pool people, and the pools are huge. :)

Room was big with a great sized balcony. All rooms connect, so super convenient when traveling in a group. The partial ocean view is just fine. You can see and hear the ocean. Buffet was massive. Many, many options and tasted fantastic. While on the beach, there are several bars for drinks nearby, and a lunchtime buffet of bar food if you don’t want to go to the dining hall. My ONLY complaint was people slamming doors all day while in my room. Other than that, would stay again.
