Great get away location. Rooms pretty average but comfortable. Plenty of little insects in the rooms, but spray provided. Dinner was very nice, but a bit of messing around booking into the restaurant. Overall a little on the pricey side but would do it again.

Situated high in the Barossa Valley amidst vineyards, Novotel is naturally beautiful. We had some difficulty scheduling an Uber out that far.

A very pleasant setting. While the 2 courses for $70 dinner seemed expensive, the dinner was very good and well worth the asking price.

2nd visit and an ideal place to stay for a visit to the Barossa Valley. Clean rooms and restaurant on site, staff couldn’t do enough for you and we will come back.

Ok if you want to be close to the golf course and

Ok if you want to be close to the golf course and prefer hotel service. Breakfast and coffee don't start till 7.30 so if you are an early riser, this isnt for you. Airconditioning in our room sucked every bit of moisture and left us hoarse in the morning, the shower didn't stay at head height and slipped down the rail, and furnishing are very basic. I understand being strata titled, unit/room owners are probably very difficult to get money out of for updates, but it is needed.

Was old and dirty - blood on towels, dirty old sock on bedroom carpet, cutlery and plates in drawer clearly just rinsed Asked for 2 extra bath towels and got a grilling about whether we had extra people staying there (there were 2 of us sharing a 2 bed apartment ) The shower hot water did not work Went to get a pizza for" pizza night" and they ran out at 7pm - was told - we sold all15 pizzas!!! Paid a lot of money in off season - not good! No proper locks on front door - door didn't close properly I could go on The place needs an upgrade
