Wrong from check-in. Reserved a room at least a month in advance. Ended up being placed in a handicap accessible room. The bathroom smelled so bad. Bathroom floor was old and dirty looking and the entire bathroom had a strong mold/mildew odor. Strong stale smell in the room that stayed in my hair and clothes until we showered and did laundry once we got home. Will never stay here again.

Love the adults only vibe. The rooms were nice and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the complimentary coupons to use at one of 2 restaurants was a really nice gesture too. The pastry shop was so good!!

The place is great. The staff for the hotel are on top of their game. The people that check our ID’s to enter the game floor do not express any charisma or personality (they are silent)that is inviting to the property. People staffed on February 28 between 8 and 9pm. I understand this is a busy Friday but a charismatic invitation by an ID checking personnel could mean the difference of several thousands of profit. This is a great casino and all the slot machine buttons work. Thanks for having me on my birthday!!!!

The room was clean and nicely furnished. However, when we checked in the girl gave us the wrong reservation, being that the other lady, Allison S. had the same initials I did. Later that night we received a call on the room phone asking us to come down with my ID and credit card because we were given the incorrect check in. I had initially given her my ID and card but she handed me my credit card back without charge, later admitting that she didn't check the names completely because we had the same initials I ended up having to pay $50 extra and I was interrupted from my shower to do so. She said I couldn't get an inconvenience discount due to the fact that we used Expedia to book. This was the hostesses fault and her negligence could lead to trouble in the future. On top of that, the bed and pillows were awful. Like sleeping on a slab of rock with boulder pillows. My husband said that medieval dungeon prisoners would have preferred their prison beds over the ones at this hotel. We tossed and turned until about 3:30 am when we had given up hope on sleep. We packed our stuff and left to go home. The lack of sleep means we couldn't make it to do the activities we had planned for the following day, today. I'm completely bummed out. Though we had a great meal at Ruth's Chris, my anniversary was ruined. We will not be returning.
