The staff when checking in were nice. The room is definitely outdated, especially the TVs. The lack of streaming options is an interesting choice. The pullout sofa wasn’t very clean so I ended up just sleeping on top of the couch. Parking was easy but clearly in a seedy area, questioning safety of the car. The gym looked very rundown.

We stayed only for the night and had to leave early morning for a conference! We really wanted good, quality sleep and the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and in good condition.

Clean but entire facility needs updating.

We were traveling on a return trip from Yankee game. Beds are small, faucet was loose, needs a lot of attention to update this facility. Breakfast attendants were amazing and very helpful

At 8:30 am, breakfast items were, in some cases, exhausted. Bananas were mostly brown/black…a real turn-off but, unfortunately, a common occurrence with some hotels. A very poorly run hotel in this regard. The reception/registration clerk was great…very welcoming and intent on providing a good experience.
