We were in for 2 nights and we found a roach in our room. I immediately went to the front desk and checked out. I also was not pleased with all the extension cords all over the room. Reception asked for proof of the roach and checked us out after I presented her with the photo and advised her she can also go see it herself.

The condition of the room was just ok. There was noticeable wear and tear. The closet door was off track, moldings and walls had nicks, scratches and marks. Not the cleanest in the hallways or common areas. Standout: The front desk staff were all kind and attentive!

Room was clean and staff were super nice. A couple of notes about our room, there was an old nasty bandaid attached to the smoke detector, can only imagine why. In the bathroom there was no conditioner in the shower, the tub looked very yellow stained and the drain leaked excessively.

Loved this hotel and will stay again! The location is very close to the Mohegan Sun Arena, and super convenient that TGI Fridays is right there. Breakfast was an added bonus. All staff was helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay here again!
