Owner was super friendly and helpful in getting us and our pup settled for the night. We were set up in a very comfy, newly remodeled room. The mattress was so comfortable that it fixed the back problems I had been dealing with for a week! Great location right downtown. Will definitely stay again if we are back that way.

Our room was dark, beds were hard, floor was sticky, and towels were disgustingly stained and thin. Breakfast advertised as being available at 8am but was not. The price and location are excellent. Right by the Convention Center, the River Trail and many shops and restaurants. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Price cannot be beaten. However, could use a deep cleaning, There were stains on the towels, the floors were a little sticky and the insides of drawers needed cleaning. Peppermint deodorizer was powerful.

Staff was excellent, but the rooms were in poor condition due to age and lots of wear and tear and needed a good deep cleaning. We would stay here again for proximity to everything in downtown, and because the staff is so kind. Hopefully the repairs and upgrades to this establishment go well and it revitalizes clientele in the future.
