It was tired and dirty…bathroom door don’t close, hole in the vanity, electrical sockets that didn’t work, lights flickering…for the extortionate price I at least expect clean- thick dust on skirting boards etc is lazy. The receptionist seemed incompetent and vague at check in. We weren’t told about booking parking early so had to move the carpark building- all weren’t told the carpark building was only for midget cars- it’s with roof racks not ideal. Location of apartment was great, other than that- for the money they charge- super disappointing

Great location. Close to the stadium which is why we came to Wellington. Room smelt really bad of old cigarettes which is really off putting. Carpet had lots of stains which is also off putting
