I booked the room and received a confirmation. When my friend arrived at the hotel after a delayed arrival in Newark from Portugal. Here room was given away. And they compensate her with a one bed room for 3 occupants. I am so disappointed!

This hotel is next to the railway station, it's noisy and hard to get in/out. The front desk staff is unprofessional - she's aware of the breakfast was ordered but didn't give us the voucher when we checked in. We have to wait in line and visit the front desk again to get get our breakfast voucher. We'll not stay there again.

Not worth $274 for one night. The building was dirty and so was my room. You can hear your neighbors talk from the sides, hallway, and from the top floor. Additionally, I was promised that the airport shuttle would not turn me away if I asked to get a ride between 4am and 4:30am, yet in the morning the staff was rude and told me 5am is the shuttle time and they "made nice" by offering 4:30. I was going to be late for my flight so I had to buy an Uber. NOT WORTH IT.
