USE THE VALET PARKING IF STAYING MULTIPLE NIGHTS

Our only complain would be that when we checked in we inquired about any offers fixed or special rate for parking we were told that the parking was privately owned and they had no such offers. Although that information was some what correct because the hotel does not have any agreement with the privately owned parking company. What they failed to tell us was that if we went outside to the valet parking that is offered by the privately owned parking company they would be able to offer us a specail rate for multiple days verses paying the daily rate which would have saved us some money on the parking.

We had a hard time finding our hotel. It was a nice place but it needs more signs from street. The maps guide you to drive down a street that is closed and only for walking. It was just really hard to find.

The Wharf in Washington DC experience!

Rooms are not very comfortable! Sofabed is like sleeping on an iron mattress! Rooms and hallways hot all the time! Staff excellent especially the crew at breakfast!

The room is okay but missing some things like cream, tissues charging USB connection and the TV has few channels but the horrible thing is the swimming pool with no lifeguard or supervision plastic glasses and bottles everywhere, no place is available people leave hotel towels on the chair and never come back unless you take it then they’re there to scream at you trash everywhere hard liquor bottles on tables not a family oriented place stay away.

I arrived for check in, there wasn’t any parking. I get to my room and the sink was falling out. They sent the maintenance man Benny which he was kind and repaired the sink. Only to wake up the next day to mold in the bathroom shower. I was switched to another room where the knob in the sink was spinning in a circle and the sink was a slow drain. I wouldn’t return there again.

Loved the roof top pool. Room was nice. Had to wait almost an hour to check in as a room was not available. No other accommodation was offered (due to booking through a third party) other than a late check out which I didn’t need. Floor lamp wire was broken and was another main light in the room (they did send a worker, but by then I just told them to forget it as I was headed out for the day). Overall, pleasant staff, great location (minus having to walk that “alleyway” by the parking garage when being dropped off by an Uber as that is where the road led to).

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean, modern, and had a beautiful view — perfect for relaxing or snapping a few photos. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and easy. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was throughout my stay. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a little touch of luxury. I’d absolutely stay here again!
