This was our sixth stay at Bali Mandira, and as before, we were not disappointed. A clean hotel with a beautiful garden and extremely friendly staff. Right on the beach, but also with a lovely pool and a relaxing garden area. We're saying goodbye and hope to return next year.

Room was clean but dated and had an ant infestation in the bathroom. The rock shower area was a treat. Overall though, the room was not very spacious for a couple with a baby. We loved the club lounge afternoon tea and the breakfast options at the club restaurant on the beach side. The beach pool and water slides were also fantasic for our family (our 1.5yr old loved the sand toys!). It was a convenient location for walking the streets and beach access.

Incredible service and amazing staff! From housekeeping, to warm greetings in the morning at breakky, everyone was so accomodating and welcoming. Comfortable bed, not too hard like many Bali hotel beds. Pleasant and well maintained grounds. Well designed and pleasantly decorated room. Breakfast dining area could do with brightening up and buffet a bit below what I expected for the rates. Kartika was considerably better with regards to food and beverage for similar price range, especially breakfast buffet.
