Arrived late in the evening for which I had informed staff earlier I would. Upon entering the doorman was the only one who looked up and interacted with me and directed me to the receptionist. She didn’t even raise her eyes or make eye contact. Look like she absolutely hated being at work. Not the greatest first impression! Regardless, the room was nice and clean. Basic amenities only but on request other things could be brought to you. Elevators very old and in need of a renovation but quick . I have experienced other hotels in Washington with absolutely lovely and welcoming staff, and will be staying there in the future rather than here.

I found the air conditioner too noisy and blows straight on me in bed. Also real glasses would be better as plastic covered throw away cups are bad for the environment. Other countries don't do this.

Good position however disappointed that the air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy. To the extent that we had limited sleep.
