The location was perfect for us to walk to all of the attractions. It was close to restaurants-there were a variety of them. The staff was amazing, especially Anthony at the front desk who took good care of us and went out of his way to help us out. The option to store our luggage as we walked around the morning we checked out was so helpful. It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this hotel! It is right across the street from a metro stop which made it convenient, but we weren't able to use it after the first day because the elevator was being fixed, and we needed it since we have a wheelchair bound family member (not the hotel's fault!). They honored my husband's Honor's Gold level, even though we couldn't get points due to booking through a third party. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Our room had an extremely musty smell We checked in late and were exhausted so we didn’t contact the front desk about it, which was our own fault. We thought we could make it through the night, but it felt like you were breathing, musty, smelly air all night. On a positive note, we did have two glasses of wine at the bar downstairs and the bartender was great. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name.

Some bumps but ok

It had its bumps but overall nice. I will say check in wasn't to bad but the guy wasn't your best check in. He's an older guy I believe whitish hair. We did need to call him three times we had no towels or toilet paper or tissues in the room so maybe let's say he sucks. We got there in the late afternoon; he wouldn't split the charges etc kinda forced it to happen on the guys when we were checking out at 6am.
