The staff was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to take care of you. Hotel decor was beautiful and elegant. Lots of nice amenities. Nice places to sit, think, relax or work. The breakfast buffet was awesome! Within walking distance to other great restaurants and shops. Look forward to going there again.

The gentleman up front was very helpful and provided us with milk for our young crying toddler after a long flight. Decent location close to Salem and nice breakfast with a variety of options.

I was disappointed to learn that the upcharge for breakfast was unnecessary due to it being continental. If traveling with a pet you should message the hotel. We did not do this ahead of time and was told they didn't have pet friendly rooms left. Luckily a manager gave approval for a room on the second floor. The room was clean. I gave 3 stars b/c our room had pink mold on the wall by the window.
