"Nice hotel walking distance to shopping centre"
Very handy to main shopping centre, not a lot of hotel parking spots, if you don't get there early there's no parking left. Over all a nice clean, very convenient hotel.

"Reasonable place to stay in Wagga"
We stayed in three rooms for our daughter's graduation. My mother had to be moved due to the awful sewage smell in her room and ours and my daughters rooms were also incredibly smelly. The staff were excellent in responding to this but they clearly have a plumbing issue. My mothers new room was fine and the rooms were normal motel style and clean. The room was comfortable enough for a three night stay but the kitchenette areas was small and not well positioned within the room.

In the heart of the spectacular Riverina region of New South Wales sits Wagga Wagga, a charming city with an unforgettable name. Surrounded by natural beauty and home to fascinating cultural heritage, the city is ideal for holidaymakers as it's loaded with attractions and history. Take a look at our Wagga Wagga accommodation deals and snap up a bargain today.

Wagga Wagga roughly translates as 'the place of many crows' and is the name given by the local Wiradjuri tribe. Situated next to the Mirumbidgee River, one of the highlights of the area is the Wiradjuri walking trek which follows the river around the city. Stretching over 30 kilometres, the walk will take you past some fantastic scenery and there are plenty of exit points along the way allowing you to get back into town. As a reward for all that walking why not treat yourself to some wine tasting at the Charles Sturt University Winery. Here the latest technology is used and tested to help develop wine making techniques and you can try the results for yourself. Home-made cheeses and olive oil are also available to enjoy.

From your accommodation in Wagga Wagga head to the Muddi Boutique Markets, famous for selling 100% handmade products from local people. Clothes, toys, jewellery, candles and much more can all be bought at the market. The city also boasts its fair share of museums including the Riverina Museum which dates back to 1881 and features a small botanical garden. Visit Wagga Wagga Art Gallery and admire the varied displays which include work from local artists and a national art glass collection.
