Good old fashioned excellent customer service. Nothing is a problem. Super friendly and helpful. Not our 1st time here and will be back.
The view to the car park meant that the blind had to be closed for any privacy (the cars parked 40 cm outside the window). Breakfast was woefully understaffed and the buffet was minimal..otherwise fairly normal facility
Lack of parking close to the room. Had to walk in the rain with bags etc. A/C in the main living area didnt heat, but was fixed the next day. Asked for a second blanket but it didnt arrive.
Great location, great information given to get to property, ease of access, the apartment was clean and more spacious than we expected. Heating/Cooling in both bedrooms and living area. Only real complaint would be only one roll of toilet paper left for 2 nights for 4 people.
The rooms were very quiet and well equipped. We also liked being so close to the river - could just go out the back gate and have a lovely walk in the evening.
Surprisingly quiet for such a heavily used road. The spa room was a welcome and appreciated upgrade.
