Great experience of staying Solo. Extremely accommodating staff go above beyond to help us on a flexible time to check in and out Very clean rooms and utility. The mattress is too soft for me for it is probably my own preference. I booked two rooms for my big family and it is very quiet and I couldn’t help anything next door.

I had a great stay with my family. I booked two rooms side by side. The rooms are very quiet and soundproof. Staff are very accommodating with us to help us having flexible check-in and out time. The room is very clean and comfortable to stay. Enough space in the dining and kitchen area as well. The bed mattress is a bit too soft for me, but it is just my preference. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. If I have to give some constructive feedbacks, I would suggest the kitchen knife could be sharpened more frequently. Knives in both room were a bit dull, but anyway, doesn’t hurt my great experience there. Thank you very much.

The inside of the room was extremely clean and felt nice with all upgraded and modern features. We did walk around the area a little bit in the evening to go get snacks and iced cream and never felt unsafe. Lots of sidewalks making walking very easy and enjoyable. We had a vehicle and parking was seamless as we never had to fight for a spot.

More attention needed.

Overall, the room was very nice. However, there were some concerns. The dishes from the previous tenant, while clean, were left in the dishwasher. My wife and I enjoyed dinner, however, there were no paper towels or napkins we could use in the kitchen. I suggest a simple roll of paper towels would’ve solved that problem. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too big for our comfort. Most disturbing though, was the bra pad from a previous tenant left lying on the floor under the bed. Our concern was if something so obvious was left unattended, what else was missed? Also, there was one tray of ice, but when I checked with the manager about an ice machine, I learned there wasn’t one; however, he did offer me another tray. Overall, this was a generally clean and serviceable room, but the road noise immediately outside of our window, made this a less than desirable location for couples.

We enjoyed our one-bedroom suite. Very comfortable king bed. Spacious apartment. Full kitchen stocked with everything needed for cooking (except salt and pepper!). 2 large TV's. Very clean bathroom. Helpful staff. Overall, we were very pleased. The only other thing missing was a recycle bin in the unit!

Stayed 2 nights here. They gave us a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite and it was great! Very spacious, bright, modern. Nicely decorated. Location was good too, for where we were going. Close to good restaurants, shopping, and Langford Station Cultural District. Would definitely stay here again, especially for longer stays.

The idea behind this type of accommodation is a good one. However, the bed was very, very soft and we were sinking into the centre and did not sleep well. The air conditioner squealed, the couch was rock hard, and the wifi did not work initially. We did contact the front desk about the wifi and a broken deck chair and were pleased to have that looked into immediately. The wifi was up and running by the second evening. A few adjustments could easily make this a five star accommodation.

The property was clean but I had to ask them to fix a table and light switch. They were very responsive and fixed it immediately. I would have ranked the property 5 stars except it was on quite a busy road and you can hear the cars and trucks throughout the night.

My SoLo stay

The check in was extremely clear and easy. Lots of parking, which was free. It felt more like an apartment than hotel room. The staff alone would make me go back and recommend to friends and family. The only thing is the bed was really hard.
