This is the second time staying and it was rather disappointing. Two of the water slides were not in use, which reception did not inform me about at check in. Instead of removing what looked like the leg of a broken fibre glass model of what I assume was an emus leg by the mini golf course it was left there which wad dangerous and not a good look. We were disturbed by maintenance while there wishing to install fly screen at windows, in addition the cabin we stayed at the previous year was still missing flat screen at master room. The smaller of the pools appears to have had a heating system installed since last year - yet never switched one and two of the three days we stayed was cool. The go karts could do with maintenance or replacing with more updated ones. It was a semi satisfactory stay, and sadly not sure if we’ll return. Reception staff are average and not overly friendly.

Must try harder

Got to the park at 5:15pm, only to find the office closed. Fortunately there was someone still there and came out when i kmocked at the window. Informed me a text was sent (which i didnt receive till the next day) with instructions on where the keys were. Got to cabin which wasnt locked, walls were dirty and scuffy, cutins werent much better. Cabin was damp and cold. Bathroom was like something from the 80s. Fortunately we were away the whole next day and didnt get back till late and was wrecked so sleeping wasnt a problem, but was awake early as the room was cold. Would i return.. No!

It is a great holiday park - with all you need for the family. The only downside for us was that the jumping/inflatable pillow was out of order/damaged and given we were there at the start of winter and it was too cold for the kids to enjoy the water park, they were quite disappointed that they couldnt go on the inflatable.

The park was quiet at night. Great amenities, so much for the kids to do. It was a very busy time and check in was delayed. Staff were obviously stressed and run off their feet on all occasions that we interacted with them. This meant they were not overly friendly. The cabin had lolly wrappers under the bed, which made me wonder how well it was cleaned.

The condition of the cabin was awful . Soiled toilet seat, shower didn’t work properly and heating was non existent, couldn’t turn it on. Overpriced accommodation for $200 a night. Went away feeling disappointed
