South Seas 3, is a spacious, luxury townhouse located in a spectacular position on the Beachfront at Port Elliot.

At South Seas 3, you can enjoy the uninterrupted cliff top ocean views overlooking Knights Beach to Granite Island. On the beach within only a minute of the front door, with beach walkway access directly opposite your townhouse.

South Seas 3 encaptures marvelous sea views from all areas of the townhouse, including unsurpassed views from the downstairs Lounge, upstairs master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. The two balconies overlook the renown Knights Beach break and captures views all the way down the coast to Victor Harbor and beyond.

Retire at night to the sound of waves crashing onto the rugged shores below and the sight of the Harbor lights twinkling across the Bay.

South Seas 3 is a newly renovated luxurious and modern townhouse which includes remarkable picture windows to enhance the already amazing views, kitchen including Dishwasher and an outdoor entertainers courtyard with BBQ.

Only a short stroll away from South Seas 3 is the famous Horseshoe Bay and Flying Fish Cafe or venture into the heart of the seaside town of Port Elliot where there are an assortment of shops, weekend markets, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs and day spas - on weekends catch the steam driven Cockle train to Victor Harbor or Goolwa.

The comforts continue inside with a 32 inch LCD TV, wifi, r/c Air conditioning in the living areas and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, luxurious furniture.

South Seas 3 supplies all linen to the three bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, one with a double bunk consisting of one double and one single and the other with a single bunk consisting of two beds. The townhouse has 2 separate toilets, valuable separate laundry facilities with Front Loading Washer/Dryer and undercover parking.

All of this together with the calming ocean will just make your break the tranquil, relaxing get away you are looking for.

The premise was clean and comfortable with great amenities. The view and position to walking spots was outstanding. There were a few minor maintenance issues that were forwarded on the owner. I believe Stayz needs to redesign the way they describe bedrooms, and bedding available as we have found some to be confusing. The photos help but aren’t always true to reality. We would definitely stay here again

This is such a wonderful apartment. The view is to die for and the location so convenient. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Townhouse overlooked the beach. Two bedrooms had balconies, one was accessible but we couldn’t unlock the door to access the other one.Shower over the bath was very slippery, we suggest a non-slip mat.When we had problems accessing the property, the host was in touch with us quickly. It would be useful to label the key locks, as we were not aware there were two, and went to the wrong one because it was immediately visible from the gate.It would have been good to be able to open some windows - the locks seem to be jammed up and we couldn’t unlock them.We couldn’t work out how to heat the oven. We turned on the logical switches and the fan came on but no heat.However, despite all this, we enjoyed our break. The property is very pleasant and generally well equipped, and the location is brilliant. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay at South Seas 3 Port Elliot Beachfront! The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of Knights Beach right from the living room and balcony – it was so relaxing to wake up to the sound of the ocean.The host was warm, helpful, and made the check-in process seamless. The location couldn’t be better – just steps from the beach and close to the main street with cafes and shops. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay, which was a bonus.Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, cleanliness, and unbeatable beach views. We’d love to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful coastal escape.

South Seas 3 was everything it promised in the description. The property was extremely clean, and the rooms were all beautifully decorated with stunning views of Knights Beach. The fire in the living room, and the addition of some throws kept us snug and cosy on the cold winters July nights that we stayed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the 'welcome' gift was a lovely touch.
