The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. And the location was great. A five minute walk to departures which made it easy for our early morning flight. The room was interesting. It reminded me of an up sized pod hotel! The TV and the lights are controlled by an iPad and you can change colors of the lighting. The bed was the full width of the entire room so there was no walking around it. My wife wasn't a fan of that. Also the room didn't have a coffee maker or kettle so one of us couldn't have an early morning tea while getting ready for our day. Minor stuff for a modern hotel in a convenient location.

Weird and lame

Ever wanted to stay on a futuristic cruise ship but you’re on land and the crew is drunk and maybe a little high? Then CitizenM is for you. Tiny rooms, weird layout, everything is controlled by iPad but doesn’t work. At check in, the front desk told us we were getting one of the problem rooms. Wow, thanks! This one is on me for not researching better. There are lots of better options nearby and I regret not staying in one of those.

It’s a 6 minute walk and although you have to come out of the airport and recheck again in the morning to get through security from what the reports are for the other hotels we made a good choice. Really quiet and convenient. Top always ask for a room away from the elevators
