Excellent location, fully equipped rooms, good water pressure in the shower and comfortable beds/pillows. I loved the pool and gym, they were never too busy and very clean. Great location near Seabus, restaurants and shops. My only complaint was the service in the restaurant. I was stared at by the lady when I walked in, no greeting at all. I saw her do this to several people as I sat and ate. If you don’t enjoy your job, find another one! The server/bartender was much better and very personable. The food was okay.

Ameneties were fantastic - pool, gym and the robes ! - would definitely return to this location for these reasons and being close to Nemesis coffee and nice walkable spots. Sea train also a 5min walk. Room layout spacious. Long blond hair left on the bed, but apart from that room felt clean. Ordered calamari from restaurant downstairs - taste/quality not great and portion was really small for the price. Unsure if dining in would’ve made a difference. Based on this experience, I would greatly recommend apart from the hefty price for nightly parking.

Good Hotel, Great Location

This hotel is in the best location i would say, lower lonsdale is trhe perfect location. The hotel rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The only reason this is not a 5star in my opinion is that the pool/steam/sauna area is pretty worn and dated, while also running kids swim lessons in it making it a very hectic place to be. However the room is well priced even without using these facilities.
