We had the family suite with the king bed and the sofa bed,and my teenage daughter and I had plenty of room. The room is a little smaller than a standard hotel room, but we were comfy! It does have a mini fridge and lots of storage which was great because we had to bring our own food due to allergies. There is a round table, but no "work" space, so it was not the best working from the room for the week. We had a view of the hillside overlooking the 101 freeway and the view was AMAZING! We could hear the freeway, but it was just a quiet hum of white noise in the background. Everyone was so helpful and kind and made you feel like you actually were important, not just your money! Would 100% stay again if we are in the area!!

Nice and convenient. Close to Universal. Staff worker wouldn’t allow me to take my own things down after I asked for them to deliver a lobby cart to my room, instead he took the cart and left.
