Kind staff. Fantastic location to Universal Studios Theme Park and NBC Universal Studios. Walking to Gate 3 for studio Business is easy, walking back may be challenging with 40 degree grade incline for an 1/8 of a mile. NBC Employee Garage Shuttle Vans provide drop off between Theme Park Entrance and western acces for the City Walk. Allow an extra 15 minutes depending on crowd awaiting shuttle service. 15 to 20 min drive from Hollywood & Vine. Starbucks in the lobby. Self serve sundry store provides forgotten basic toiletries and snacks.

Clean, hotel staff very friendly i Thought when I got the hotel there was a complimentary breakfast but No. They did have a good restaurant though but added a 20% gratuity automatically. The service was good I just didn’t like that part of the service. I also didn’t like the fact that parking was an extra added charge.

They gave us a room next to the elevator. We ended up counting people getting in and out of the elevator. The AC was so loud, view is horrible. So many noise coming from the pool. It was horrible experience.

The valet supervisor was our first interaction with the staff. He set the tone for the rest of the staff. He was very kind and knowledgeable. We loved our room and will definitely be back.

Feels like we were given whatever room they don’t give their ‘real’ guests. At the end of the hall, lower level. Looking at….nothing!!! Not even a nice garden….seriously the back lane. The clerk shouldn’t have talked it up so much ‘poop deck’ did not mean looking at the pool. Terrible. For the price. Very disappointed. The room was small. The tiles looked dirty…the tiles are juts older and stained. No one helped us with our bags…a total disappoint after a very LONG travel day!!
