Our first time staying on this property and it was a wonderful stay. Hotel is beautiful, grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool was so relaxing. Our room was large, luxurious and very clean. Stellar location, view of Hollywood from 22nd floor was spectacular, great room services, and friendly staff. Shuttle to/from the universal park was very straightforward. Would visit again!

The elevators stopped working at one point but the hotel staff made sure everyone had water and was taken care of. Great rooms and staff. Recommend staying at this hotel.
