Hotel is clean and reasonable for a short stay. Service staff were very good. The AC in the room worked well but was very noisy, otherwise the condition of the room was very good. The included breakfast was just fair, coffee was not very good. Again, service employees were very good, no complaints. I have stayed at Hampton Inns previously and would consider them again.

Average hotel that could definitely use a good cleaning. Elevator floor visibly hasn't been vaccumed in a long time. Stains on furniture in room & phone didnt work. Loud teens running thru halls at night. Fire alarm woke me up but it was due to toast burning in lobby. Since the phone didnt work couldnt confirm if in real danger so had to hurriedly grab what i could & use the 4 flights of stairs to see no staff or direction given. Had to ask food service if there was a fire. Check in staff was friendly but had to ask pool & breakfast info. Those items along with how to get to your room should be said with out asking / pulling teeth. Free hot breakfast was nice perk.
