The facility was nice, and check-in was fine. Unfortunately, we had to find a new hotel for the 2nd night due to a lack of water at the facility. The breakfast consisted of carnitas, crispy Canadian bacon, and powdered eggs.

I was put in a single bed room when i reserved a 2 queen bed room. The extra pillow and blanket in closet were previously used. I had to sleep in the couch. Requested a clean pillow and blanket for that. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. Worst hotel experience i ever had. Was supposed recieve a call on the following monday about a refind for not getting the correct room i booked and here i am a week later with no response. I want a refund. A google review will be done in the next few days. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

I would give this property a 3 out of 5. The location is great, but there was room for improvement. For example, the gym felt like a furnace. They said the air conditioning system wasn't working in that room, and maintenance brought in one small box fan that did nothing for that large space. The room we were in looked like maybe there was some water that may have sat on the floor where the stand up sink was, because the bottom of the mirror sliding door to the closet was completely rusty. Thay can do better!
