Accidentally booked this hotel for an upcoming trip on hotels.com versus the urgent trip I needed a room for. Immediately tried to change it and couldn’t so rebooked as we were coming in for a funeral. Hotel refused to refund money towards the other stay booking.

Our stay was was very positive. The room was [clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and the service was good. But WiFi was down all through my stay that was not kind of a challenge. Overall, the stay was good and value for money and I would recommend stay at Hampton Inn PA
