Complete fail by Wyndham at this location.

Despite multiple ads on hotel sites our reservation was canceled when we arrived. They did not call or text. If the did they did not leave a VM. When we were searching for another location there was still rooms listed on hotel sites. This is unprofessional performance and very problematic for us.

This was my first Expedia hotel booking. I should have learned to steer clear of Wyndham properties. Again, very dirty stained sheet and parties behind the toilet!! Deleting my Expedia account pronto and I’m done!

Would never recommend. The facility is run-down and dirty. The shower needs to be replaced, there were not enough towels, toilet paper, and loose hair all around the bathroom. Breakfast in the morning ran out of food 45 minutes before the end of breakfast time. The windows were so old that you could not look out of them through the white film on the windows. There was trash on the outside grounds, and the parking lot was full of potholes. There were holes in the walls where pictures once were. The breakfast area was dirty as well and was never cleaned up between people or the tables. I have nothing good to say about the experience and will never stay here again.

Poor at best

Physical condition of the property was in ill-repair at best - no pool, no vending machines, no in-room coffee maker, dogs allowed in dining space, widows in pitiful condition, desk clerk woefully under trained, unable to answer questions regarding room charges, advised me to contact 3rd party booking agent, would be extremely embarrassed to present the site as a quality site

Rooms were filthy, hair all over the bathroom and all floors obviously haven't been cleaned in a very long time. Microwave had food splattered in it. Beds and pillows were terrible. Went to breakfast there and there was nothing but a couple of muffins and a slice of bread to choose from unless I wanted a waffle. Over all a poor experience and will look at better options when staying in that area.

We booked 3 rooms. One room the heater was broken and stuck “on”. Second room the toilet was broken and wouldn’t turn off from running and the third room had blood (?) on sheet?

The mattress was not great. I moved and i could hear the springs. The breakfast was ok. Have hard boiled eggs, that would help. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee and juice! Towels were under many things (ice dispenser, our ac unit)

I stay here regularly...

Great stay and price, plus they accept pets. I stay here regularly so I can say managment is working REALLY hard to make this place even better. The staff is excellent...very helpful and accommodating and the breakfast is really good. My ONLY negative this stay was it appeared the floor in my room had not been mopped, but no biggie...I wear slippers/flip flops in the room. Everything else was great!

The building was very poorly built. All of the air conditioning units had towels underneath them and makeshift arrangements were everywhere. The fan in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling.

Didn’t have a fridge or coffeemaker. Also didn’t get clean towels or wash cloths. Found a note in our room after they made our beds that told us to ask the front desk for them. Also of 3 guests are staying in a room, why not have 3 towels?
