We had a simply wonderful experience at Ayung Resort. We stayed for almost two weeks, and every day was perfect. The resort itself is idyllic, the services were exceptional. But what we loved most were the people. The people in every single department were so lovely, it made our entire journey feel like we were a place that we belonged. The entire resort is well kept and constantly upday! Gardeners restaurant staff receptionists all were absolutely amazing. Restaurant views were stunning and food was fantastic! The breakfast has many options to choose from! Spa iwaa fabulous and beautifully arranged. We stayed for six nights and enjoyed every minute. Cudos to the staff!

The rooms at the resort were very clean, hygienic and spacious with beautiful views of the jungle. The bed was very comfortable and the staff always had a smile on their face, asking us how we are and about our plans. Very welcoming staff. The resort and service are truly 5-star in every way! Our suite was nestled in the top of a rainforest - with minkeys coming over to our infinity pool for a visit! The suite itself was large, beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The amenities are superb. The staff is excellent- they note your preferences and keep them in mind. Their restaurant service is based on attention to detail - Gusnadi and his team are wonderful. Thank you, team - we will visit again!

Best hotel I have every stayed at. Truly was a 5 star experience, when you arrive they serve you a drink and a scented towel and shuttle you with your bags to your room and give a tour of the room. Our villa had a private pool and there were 7 monkeys outside to greet us which was pretty incredible. The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant was our favorite part of the stay everything tasted incredible. Service was all around 10/10 every worker we ran into was incredibly kind. Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely enjoyed being tucked away, up in the jungles, overlooking the Ayung River. The service and the staff were truly amazing. I loved the option to take the free shuttle into the city center daily. I also enjoyed the food!! They had great prices that were comparable based on what you ordered!! I spent my birthday dinner at the resort for their sea food special as well as the traditional dance!! The live music & food was great! Free breakfast options are yummy… I stayed 5 days and would definitely come back!! Thank you to everyone who made my 39th birthday, a great solo trip!!

This hotel is something else. The breathtaking views and tranquility are something to be cherished here. The staff were absolutely amazing. Drink options were plentiful. Food was delicious. Spa was truly an oasis. We will 100% be coming back to this hotel. The only thing we noticed was when booking day trips / tours a lot of the companies would not do pick up’s at the hotel so we kept having to change our plan for day outings however that small downfall was the only thing. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

A great stay. The room adjacent to the pool downstairs was great, the food at the restaurant outstanding. It’s a great resort and thanks to the buggies always available to transport us around the resort we had a very comfortable stay. The spa is also great . The free hotel shuttle to ubud is good but could offer an earlier pick up for those wanting to return to the resort in the early afternoon. Set in the jungle it’s a great resort for relaxation , highly recommended with exceptional service by the lovely staff.
